We will provide simple way to understand, What is the right food for you ? How to balance your five elements? PREPARING FOR THE WORKSHOP
- Try and be on a vegetarian diet for at least 3 days before the workshop.
- Increase the intake of water.
- Reduce the use of cellphones as much as possible. Use wired headphones when using your cellphone.
- Increase physical activity.
- It is advisable to avoid watching TV, especially news and negative content.

- We can organize transportation, but you can also make your own arrangements to get to the venue.
- Clean and well-appointed rooms, with hot and cold water, vegetarian food prepared traditionally and a high standard of hygiene.
